Themis - Goddess Statue
In Greek mythology, the goddess of justice is Themis, who embodies divine order, law, and custom, and is associated with oracles and prophecies. Themis, meaning "justice, law, custom," she is the personification of justice and divine order. She was a Titan goddess, one of the twelve children of Gaia (Earth) and Uranus (Heaven). She was the second wife of Zeus and the mother of the Horae (Seasons) and the Moirai (Fates). She was also the divine voice who first instructed mankind in the primal laws of justice and morality, such as the precepts of piety, the rules of hospitality, good governance, conduct of assembly, and pious offerings to the gods.
