When aiming to disrupt or create chaos in a situation, storm water can be used in spells designed to incite change or upheaval. This storm water is a powerful blend of infused distilled water. Entwined with Fern (used for caling rain), Scotch broom (used to conjure winds), Oak (to summon lightenin), Rhododendron (for invoking the storm) and then bottled and imbued with pieces of smokey quartz and Pietersite (Tempest stone).
