Poseidon - God Statue

Poseidon hellenic God of the sea, storms, earthquakes, and horses. He shared his dominion with his brothers over the earth. With zeus claiming the skies, poseidon the seas and Hades the underworld. He was also known as the "Earth Shaker" and was thought to control earthquakes. Often depicted as having a violent and ill-tempered nature. He was thought to conjure up violent storms at sea when angered. 
He was considered the protector of seafarers and the guardian of many Hellenic cities and colonies. 
This beautiful staues embodies his might and grace.
