Passion Flower

Passion Flower, flora of potency, power, passion, love, companionship, healing, and ease of suffering. This beautiful flower has deep roots within the craft with many Witches using passion flowers to enhance their power and workings. 
Passion flower in lore got its name from the Christian beliefs of Jesus's crucifixion. The flower's five petals and five petallike sepals represented the 10 apostles who remained faithful to Jesus throughout the Passion. The circle of hairlike rays above the petals suggested the crown of thorns that Jesus wore on the day of His death. Due to this, it's also an important ingredient to Christian witches and those of similar practices.
The flower is said to ease the suffering in loss, keep it close to your head while sleep during this time, and it's said to clear the mind of pain and replace with the love that remains.
Each one of our Herbs & Roots is packaged within a black windowed box in an airtight packet with our signature iridescent lables.
 
Each one of our Herbs & Roots is individually hand-picked, hand dried & hand blessed. It is important to us that all of our herbs are locally grown in one of our many Gardens or is hand foraged from the wilds of Cornwall. Using what the earth provides locally and being a self-sustaining craft with no mass farming or importing. Using what the earth and the Seasons provide, keeping our herb craft as traditional as possible.
