It is important to us that all of our herbs are locally grown in one of our many Gardens or is hand foraged from the wilds of Cornwall. Using what the earth provides locally and being a self-sustaining craft with no mass farming or importing. Using what the earth and the Seasons provide, keeping our herb craft as traditional as possible.
